Executive summary

A coffee shop business refers to a small business. Small businesses usually operated by sole proprietor. It’s an entrepreneurship business which includes low risk and high chance of profitability. Small businesses like coffee shop needs low investment which can be capitalized by the owner himself but most of the time they seek for bank loan to avoid uncertain risks. These risks may come from lack of marketing, operating, human resourcing or financing knowledge. Poor market research or analyze of market factors leads to wastage of business. Implementing four Ps or evaluating the market is so much necessary for running a business. On the other hand it’s also necessary to appoint right and eligible person for the right position. With that all operational tools should be used for the best of the business. To avoid unpleasant condition small business owner always refer to take guidance from professional advisers. But the final factor is financing which is the most important. Lack of proper financing or financial forecast many small businesses don’t last for a year. So forecasting of financial statement is extremely necessary for the business. This study is all about small business, Refreshing Coffee Shop. Swarup Kumar Saha is the sole proprietor of this business. This study will help him to operate his business properly whereas this study will provide him the idea of the next forecasted year.
