* Café Heart’s management team will have a proprietor ownership and two very capable managers to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Jesse Lumsden

* Our owner will be Jesse Lumsden whom is a retired Canadian athlete. This will be very beneficial to our company as he will be a known individual who’s popularity will help Café Heart.

He will also be serving as top manager of the café.

Leona will be middle manager

Nhi will be front line manager

We also have supervisors (amel and Myreen) who will be in charge of quality and promoting services while providing trusting relationships with our customers.

What we want out of our management team?

The management team will be well trained, effective and productive. We will strive to have managers present to ensure that all work is done productively and efficiently

Middle manager will ensure that decisions made by jesse will be in the best interest for the company and customers.
