Abstract
One advertisement can affect many people live. The breast implant advertise on billboard on highway affected our society. It affects women's health. This advertisement is portraying women an unhealthy goal. Women think they will gain self-esteem when they get implant but after getting implant and taking good care of themselves, they won't have time to feel free. Breast implant has many risk factors, women should be aware of them before implanting them. Teenage girls should not implant breast because they are unaware of the risk and are not able to make decision about their health.

Breast implant is a surgical method for enlarging, or augmenting the breast according to encyclopedia of surgery. He is offering buy one get one breast implant free. (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,546220,00.html) This advertisement is suggesting a goal for women that are unhealthy. The message that this advertisement is sending that breast implants is done for attractiveness as they proved it by posting a women's revealing picture. And Dr. Hotchandani wants to give out a positive impression about breast implants by posting an advertisement on billboard as he said in the article. The suggested audiences are the female's who has flat chest and wants to look attractive. The age group for this advertisement can be any female but in my opinion it is for 50-60.
