In order to integrate variety of Human Resources tools into a single integrated application for Riordan Manufacturing information from key stakeholders must be gathered. The key stakeholders of Riordan Manufacturing are the CEO, human resources, and the employees of the company.

Through techniques like interviews, questionnaires, prototyping, use cases, flowcharts, and joint application development (JAD) information can be gathered from the stakeholders of Riordan Manufacturing. These techniques and analysis tools can be used to gather all the information needed to create a detailed system design and a project implementation plan required to complete the project. Interviews with the human resources personnel and the employees of the company need to be set up to get information on their view of what is in place. They can also give ideas on what needs to be done for the overall system work better in their area of work. Group interviews might also be a good idea because you will have a group of people thoughts and ideas mentioned where others can hear to agree or disagree. A personal interview with the CEO of the company can be set up to see what are the goals of that COE towards this new system that will be put in place. During the interview different questionnaires can be done to determine where the current programs stands and the things that needs to be added or implanted on. A prototype can be created and shown to the stakeholders to give them an idea of how the new system will work. Using this tool, they would be able to give feedback on additional requirements or any changes that need to made to the new system. Once the employees who will use the new system take a look at the prototype they can give their feedback on how well or not so well it worked. Use Cases is also a tool that can used to determine if the system will be a success for the company. Use cases are short narratives that describe how a product will be used.
