Joo Chiat Place is very accessible as there is a lot public transportation available for customers.The location is in close proximity with Joo Chiat Complex , Kembangan Plaza,and Roxy Square .

Price

* All entrees will be priced $18-$25, appetizers will be priced from $9-$15, beverages will be priced from $3-$8, a session of karaoke (per song) will be priced at $2.For corporate events and birthday parties we will be charging a flat rate of $ 40 per person for less than 100 guest and $30 per person for more than 100 guest where the customer can customize their menu

* S4 Karaoke Lounge @ 35 Joo Chiat Place is the only establishement offering karaoke entertainment in the area with prices similar to our pricing , however the target market for S4 Karaoke Longe is for singles only

* Pricing of F&B outlets surrounding Joo Chiat place offering western food is similar

* Our price compared competitors are similar

Promotion

* We will held a grand launch to celebrate the opening of business by inviting vip’s and local artiste . We will be also offering first 1000 customers a goodie bag and 50% off the total bill

* We will reach our audience by advertising the business in the press and radio and day of the deals websites such as Groupon and Deals.Sg

* We will have promotions during festival periods such as Ramadan , Chinese New Year , Deepavali and Christmas

* We will have moderate competition over promotions as competitors nearby do not engage in similar promotions heavily ,however they do have other type of promotions such as happy hour
