The Problems with the Problem of Evil

The purpose of this essay will be to evaluate the argument against the existence of God based on the evidences provided in the atheistic standpoint of the problem of evil in the world. This is a very common argument and is in no way unique to those who firmly believe that there is no God. I have met many people in and out of Christianity and other faiths who have expressed similar concerns as those that are presented in this argument.
