Nowadays Industrial Marketing constitutes one of the largest markets, is also referred as Business-to-Business Marketing or Organizational Marketing and consists in the marketing of goods and services by one business to another which includes: manufacturing companies, government undertakings, private sector organizations, educational institutions, hospitals, distributors, and dealers. One of the important points in Industrial marketing is to create value for customers with products and services that focus on customer’s needs and objectives.
