Addressing International Legal and Ethical Issues

In this paper I will discuss the issue that the simulation on addressing international legal and ethical issues. Also I will discuss what is some practical consideration, what factors could work against CadMex and decision to grant sublicensing agreements. When local customs and law conflict with the customs and laws of an organization and how you would compare the issue in this simulation to the domestic legal issues. Finally, how should companies resolve domestic and international issues differently? The problems involved in resolving legal disputes in international transaction including, but are not limited to the signing of contracts designed to protect both parties, choice of clause, which forum to use when settling a dispute and if arbitration, if used will be binding or nonbinding. Something else to think about when resolving legal disputes in international transactions would be to gauge when the government stands in the legal companies. There are many other issues that would include political situation, dominant international laws and cultural issues that would influence the achievement or disappointment of the business ventures (Melvin, 2011). According, to reading there are practical considerations of taking legal actions towards foreign business partner based in another country this include looking for the best interest of the company. There would have to take into consideration economic, legal, and ethical associations. There legal issues may or may not coincide with the legalities of the company that you represent (Melvin, 2011). The sublicensing agreement does comes into play when there organization has too many of them and does not fully incorporate sub-paragraphs.
