EFFECT OF DEPENDENT AND INDEPENDENT VARIABLES ON A BANK.

I visited corporation bank whose new branch has been opened a few month ago at deva road, nawabganj.I met branch manager Mr.Gori Shankar Prasad who told me about the problems that bank is facing and what are its solution.

The problems faced by him:

Basic problems that he is facing is lack of money in the bank as customers are less aware of bank. The employees co ordination is also not up to the mark. The main reason is lack of motivation among them because customers are very less and they don’t feel like working.

The causes and effect of problems that he is facing are:

The problem of turnover as the customers are less they don’t have any accounts over there and they also don’t take loan due to which the bank don’t have enough money to work or train employees. This problem has led to affect the proper working of the employees .

Solutions to the problems as suggested by Mr. Prasad:
