Kudler’s mission statement is, “Kudler Fine Foods is committed to providing our customers with the finest selection of the very best foods and wines so that your culinary visions can come true” (University of Phoenix, 2011, p. 3). Kudler Fine Foods is known for the company’s specialty in the finest meats, produce, cheeses, and wines. This is why the Greece market has chosen Kudler Fine Foods for gourmet olives. The consumers are completed to Kudler Fine Foods providing him or her with the finest foods the company has to offer and the gourmet olives will be welcome by the consumers. Kudler Fine Foods will be able to offer the consumers with gourmet olives that the competitors will not be able to offer to the consumers. When introducing new products to the market, Kudler Fine Foods “must try to understand the target market’s needs, wants and demands. Needs are the basic human requirements. People need food, air, water, clothing, and shelter to survive” (Kotler & Keller, 2007, p. 13). Kudler Fine Foods is an established upscale specialty food store and the consumers know that he or she will get the best product Kudler’s has to offer. By adding the gourmet olives to store locations will give the consumers more selection to choose from on his or her shopping experience.
Market Growth-Torri
The significant growth that Kudler Fine Foods has experiences with the current products and services. Kudler needs to venture into new products while improving the efficiency and effectives of their three stores. Kudler needs to focus on the market growth to help with the increasing consumer purchases cycle which, will increase the loyalty and profitability to its customers.
