Executive summary
Woolley’s Petites Suites is a three diamonds privately owned hotel that has recently
suffered great losses caused by the September events. Woolley's management decided to
move on and reinvent the hotel, and focus on the selling of its suites and meeting
facilities to local mid-size companies, businesses, and possibly government agencies who
operate in the southern Orange County area. Woolley’s Petites Suites consist of 185
room suites, and 5 huge meeting facilities to serve all business needs. Woolley’s will be
the first hotel in the southern Orange County area to be exclusively sold as a corporate or
a business hotel, providing his business-traveling guests with many business related
services with the lowest prices in the market. Woolley's will specifically target the
market of business travelers who will be participating in business meetings, attending job
trainings or seminars in Orange County. Also Woolley’s will be used by those relocating
employees from different part of the country, or international companies employees
moving to Orange County during their resettling period.
Woolley’s will be sold to local businesses, companies and business travelers at a
corporate rate of $75 per night for its suites, as for its meeting facilities, they will be sold
at a low rate of $ 150 per day, including the free use of the digital audio and...
