Part 1

If the water suddenly goes out in my house my first reaction and my husbands would be did we pay the bill but since I have to have steps of what I would do then I will tell you.

The first thing that I would do is check to see the water is off in all areas of the house if not then I would find the source of why the water is off in that one room. I check the water valve under the sink and notice its off problem solved. Now if it happens to be off in every room then I would check to see if the valves got turned off under the sink I would try and flush the toilet to see if water is going in it. I notice that it’s not so I check the valve funny that the water valves inside the house are all on. Since they are all on I decide it’s time to check the main one outside. I go outside and check the main valve for the after and to my surprise after checking the main valve I find that it is turned on. So now m stumped. I then decide to check the checkbook to make sure I sent the payment and find that I did. Now I’m stumped again, so I decide to call the water. While on the phone with them they are checking my account and have assured me that they have received payment and it was an error on their part they said they accidently turned mine off instead of the neighbors. They apologized for the mistake and sent a technician out immediately to turn back on the water. This solved the problem the water was back on within the hour.

Part 2
