Communication skill according to Wiemann (1977), is the ability of choosing between different available communicative behaviors, those that successfully fulfill their own interpersonal goals.

Communication skill is very important for doing business transaction, this is the basic skill when doing business transaction. Because when people have a good ability in communication they can more easily to influence people to follow their way. Having a good communication skill also can help people to solve problem more easily because they can communicate well with the other people, so they can sharing with the others about their problems and they can have a better solution. The other thing about communication skills is it also can affect or improve our ability in presentation, with average communication skill it can help us to improve our presentation more interesting because when doing presentation we also use our body language like moving our hands, gives a joke, etc. so our presentation is become more interesting.

With a further practice it can make you become interactive worker, because we can clarify our idea more clearly and gives more detail explanation than the other workers
