Main Problems Organization Facing:

Technical problems:

* Limited Apps: The applications of Black Berry are limited to around seventy thousand in comparison to the competitors.

* No Developers Community: BlackBerry has No developer’s community to gain direct or indirect finance.

* Platform Lacking: The BlackBerry operating systems lacked the latest development support like social media, gaming.

* Limited Products-No Alternatives/backups: BlackBerry does not provide the hot alternatives for the customers in the form of product or its economy.

* No Innovation: no more innovation in technology, BlackBerry has been the company of innovation.

* Differentiating Features Are No More: any where email and security of emails have not been the primary demand of customers as these features are also being provided by the competitors.

Management problems:

* Two CEOs Killed: BlackBerry had had two Chief Executive Officers Lazrdis and Balsillie, because no one knows exactly what to do to make the success.

* Limited Target of Customers: BlackBerry has been famous for developing products for corporate customers which makes it limited target for sale of its products.

* Enterprise Are Getting Bored: with the devices like BlackBerry, business men get bored with the latest stuff in homes in terms of BlackBerry competitors i.e. I phone and android.
