Supportive Supervision is an essential part of a manager’s role in the health care organization. Supportive supervision is necessary in the health care field to foster good relationships between manager’s and their employees. If an employee does not feel like they have good support it can affect their motivation to be the best employee they can be for the organization as a whole. In a healthcare organization you have to work together as a team and be able to help and know how to detect problems with your employees that are under you. Supportive Supervision has an impact on the Health care management processes because it deals with the managers having good communication with their employees and providing an environment that works for the patients as well as their employees.
