What U.S. Constitution amendments were implemented to protect the rights of organizations?

The First Amendment is very important to the citizens of the United States. Equally important are the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, which prohibits any level of government from subjectively or unjustly denying citizens of the basic constitutional right to life, liberty, and property. Organizations and businesses are granted protection with these Amendments which protects against fraudulence. The Fourteenth Amendment allows the Bill of Rights to be applicable to every state of the union. Nevertheless, the Due Process clause outlines procedural laws when government has an effect on the life, liberty, or property rights of the citizens. In this instant, when the government must interfere with a business, or individual rights, proper notice must be given has the first step of the procedure followed by a neutral hearing, and an chance to provide evidence before any government proceedings which would affect the life, liberty, or property of a citizens. The substantive power to control an individual’s rights the states’ possesses is limited by the Due Process Clause. The laws passed by the state are required to be published and written specifically and to be interpreted by any reasonable person (Melvin, 2011).
