1. Provide a brief description of relevant work experience that best qualifies you for this position, including any experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment with challenging priorities.

Answer: As Billing Supervisor for Molina Medical centers part of my job was to ensure timely billing of medical claims and collections of payments. During the time of employment I created a production environment for my staff. Although, not a highly pressured environment, I helped my staff understand the urgency of timely billing and collections.

2. Being the lead subject matter expert for a program can be challenging. Provide us with the steps you would take to ensure success in meeting this challenge for a new call center.

Answer: Change to some can be difficult, however is inevitable to say the least. In order to help with transition into a new call center, I would create open lines of communications for the staff and management. I also believe that keeping employees' informed is essential to the success of presenting something new or different to the work environment. Futhermore, employees need the proper tools for success, therefore extensive training should take place continuously.

3. Describe what accountability means to you and how you have demonstrated accountability in the past.

Answer: Being accountable to me is the equivalent of being responsible for my own actions and obligations. Holding others accountable is keeping the scope of the work or project up front and center to minimize errors.
