Leadership is an elusive quality because it is requires going against what is perceived as
Acceptable in the professional world. Leaders accept the following conditions:
1. They are willing to be vulnerable.
2. They are a servant to even the most entry level employee.
3. They look for criticism and expect challenges.
Leadership is an attitude adjustment that requires its owners to risk more of themselves than others think its wise. Leaders put others and the greater good
Ahead of all else. Because leaders know they only lead by example

Of social truths. His singular greatness lay in his quest for truth about his own people.

“Washington” believed that in order for blacks to rise in American society, they needed
