The corn sheller is the dedicated devices technically used to accomplish the stripping work of corn brans. Corn peeling machines are used to replace manual work to improve work efficiency.

Corn sheller is made up of a rack, a feed hopper, a expansion cylinder, a dynamo, two V-grooved pulleys, two V-belts and two output mouthes separately designed for corn brans and corn cobs. When blocking phenomenon occurs, shut down the machines immediately without any fluke mind before taking treatment measures.

After the machine operation: When the stripping work is done, shut down corn peeling machines step by step. Check up the tightness of V-belts and bolts again and remember to maintain corn peeling machines. Repairing work should be done if damaged machine parts are found. After turning off the corn peeling machines, operating personnels should keep them indoors.
