Amigos café located at the new Thika Road Mall, along Thika Road, offers a perfect spot for the public in social gathering and leisure. It provides customers free access to the Internet as well as an area to meet together in a casual environment under an economical manner. Amigos, unlike a typical cafe, will provide a unique forum for communication and entertainment through the medium of the Internet. Amigos café is the answer to an increasing demand. The public wants: Access to the methods of communication and volumes of information now available on the Internet, and Access at a cost they can afford and in such a way that they aren't socially, economically, or politically isolated. Amigos’s goal is to provide the community with a social, educational, entertaining, atmosphere for worldwide communication The business intends to obtain finance from external equity in the amount of ksh 2,000,000/= from the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, which the application will be for commencing on shop renovation, equipment purchases and as operating cash flow. Preliminary capital injection has already been secured by the initial owners, Steve Matioli and Caren Mukabane, in the amounts of Ksh 850,000/=, and Ksh 400,000 respectively. Amigos Cafe will be incorporated as a limited liability company. The two initial owners will be the Shareholders and personal liabilities will be subject to a ceiling at the amount of their respective investments.
