Introduction:
This paper is a report on the assignment of organizational change within Monico Pharmaceuticals Limited (MPL).This report paper is structured in the following way..
First, I focus upon organizational change, forces of change, resistance and tactics to overcome resistance, change model and methodology or framework of change, innovation and learning within a model. Then I will try to find out the key problems which give us the scope for organizational change, especially hard change and soft change. Finally we will try to give some recommendations, which actions should need for the change of Monico Pharma Ltd.
