Abstract

The Republic of Korea had good experiences in air pollution because the industry and economic have been rapidly grown. As Korea, Thailand has suffered from air pollution as well, especially in large cities and industrial zones. The objectives of this research are to study on the environmental policies and national developing plan in air pollution management between Thai and Korea government and private sectors; to study involving behavior of communities to reduce air pollution; to study obstacle factors or parameters in Thai and Korea policies as well as obstacle factors or parameters in the achievement of developing plans ; to evaluate strength and weakness of environmental management and problem -solving and to create recommendation for strategic planning to eliminate those obstacles in air pollution management for involving agency to solve the air pollution problems in Thailand....
