1.The loose maintenance of the fasteners

Check whether the machine fasteners (such as the anchor bolt ,machine body belt,the belts on the bearing pedestal and the guard plate, etc.)are loose or not regularly .You should focus the check on the rotor side pressing screw of the press plate hammer, to prevent the loose pressure plate damaging the components.

2. The maintenance of the wear parts

Check the wear parts of the machine ,such as the frame plate ,counterattack plate and the plate hammer, when these wear parts wear out to a certain degree,they should be timely adjusted or replaced, to avoid the damage of the fasteners and other components.When replacing the wear parts, you should first open the rear shelves,remove the connecting bolt of the rear shelves and the middle case , then use the spanner to screw it to the hex part of the clamshell device, and then opened the putaway gently and remove the wearing parts.

3. The lubrication maintenance

Check whether the bearing pedestal is good or not regularly,and do a good job of the friction surface lubrication in a timely manner.The lubricant needed by the equipment should be decided based on the working location of the equipment, and the temperature condition,etc.Generrally ,the sodium calcium base grease are used commonly.Furthermore ,the bearing should be lubricated after eight hours of work, and the lubricant should be cleaned and changed every three months ,at the same time ,the blankets should be replaced too.
