For the use of a variety of products ,it is important to take the normal operation and daily maintenance.It is also the same for such large machinery and equipment as the coal gangue mobile crusher.Now,I will introduce the daily maintenance of the coal gangue mobile crusher as follows.

1.Every time before you start the coal gangue mobile crusher, fill the bearing interior with a appropriate amount of lubricant , avoiding the overheating and damage due to lack of lubrication.Moreover,the tightness of the v-belt should be checked to avoid the power consumption and damage becaude the v-belt is too tight or too loose .

2. After the device is working for some time, due to various reasons,the screen may be worn or damaged.When it is not worn seriously, you can carry on the welding or riveting on the opposite side.But,if the screen is severely damaged ,it should be timely replaced, and the side with a burr should be set downward.

3. After the accumulated using time is more than 500 hours , the bearings and nozzles should be cleaned, and the lubricating grease should be replaced.Otherwise, the lubricating grease will be aged and block the oiling passages,which will lead the bearing lubrication conditions deteriorating and the bearings being damaged.

4. The interior of the machine should be cleaned after the end of each production.When the machine is not in use for a long time, the v-belts should be removed or relaxed, and the screen pieces,the hammer pieces and other parts should be coated with the antirust oil, to avoid the difficult operation because the parts have rust next time .
