Please print and bring along your AB1501 documents including: 1. The tutorial instructions. 2. Company Case: Coconut Plantation Resort (available on NTUlearn)* Tutorial Questions 1. Refer to the Coconut Plantation Resort case. The management of Blackfield Hawaii Corporation (BHC) has decided to hire your team. Taking into consideration the information about Coconut Plantation Resort and the island of Kanuai, design a new restaurant that would help BHC that will appeal to their customers. Your team should be clear about the different aspects of the restaurant (e.g., theme/concept, menu, service provided) in your presentation to the BHC management. Your team should be prepared to explain your rationale of your choice based on the information given or additional research that you might have done.

To encourage reading of periodicals among students about current events that are related to product management, each and every team are to submit a recent article (from the past 3 months) to your respective tutor before the tutorial class. Your team should choose an article discussing events, phenomena, and/or issues that your team feel that marketers should be aware about. During the class (if there is sufficient time), your respective tutor will pick 1-2 teams to highlight the interesting aspects of the article(s).
