The Great and Powerful Oz Movie Critique

Oz the Great and Powerful was made to be a prequel to the movie The Wizard of Oz. This film showed how Oscar Diggs, also known as Oz, comes to be in the Land of Oz and take rule over the land and its citizens.

The film starts out with Oscar, a carnival shyster, being transported to Oz in a hot air balloon, which gets sucked into a tornado. The lighting and visual effects for this scene are amazing.
