The key messages delivers to prospective entrepreneurs are broken down into two main concepts: entrepreneurship or dream action (the entrepreneurial mindset). Focusing on the concept of entrepreneurship, students are inspired and learn how to start their own business by

coming up with a viable business idea based on strengths and passions. By focusing on the “dream action” concept, students are inspired to think entrepreneurially in order to formulate and pursue their dreams. This concept helps students to come up with a life vision and commit to taking immediate action toward it. Based on reading the guest speakers’ summaries, Rahim Fazal for example, provides education to youths about how to get what they truly want out of life. He always urges young people to use business principles to map out a fulfilling life path.

5- Is the EET a business model that would be conducive to franchising? Why or why not?

The EET would not be conducive to a franchising model, in my opinion. The company is founded on the expertise and entrepreneurial accomplishments of both Sheena and Michael. National tours are already executed through the reputation and name of the company. Sheena and Michael personally attend the tours, along with guest speakers, in order to deliver the personalized motivation that their company is known for.
