Elizabeth Ashton, President

Elizabeth Ashton is the type of person that wants a straight forward approach. She seems to be very focused and driven on details. Elizabeth has everything written down and analyzes it to make sure it is the right approach.

The in person and visual approach is best with Elizabeth Ashton. Therefore, I would take an in person communication approach with her. I would go into a meeting with her and have all my ideas written out for her.

Enrico Marquez, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Enrico Marquez is a very analytical person. He is able to see the numbers and figure out how to best help a client succeed financially.

I would use the written approach in conversations with Marquez. Emails and text conversations would work best for him.

Claire Jordan, Chief Operating Officer

Claire Jordan is very efficient. She would like for everyone to work as a unit. Team is a very important word to Claire Jordan. Jordan is very efficient and believes in offering the best quality of information.

My approach to having a conversation with Claire Jordan would be to send her an email and ask for a group meeting. Group meeting are the best way for the whole team to focus on success together.

Bert Phillips, CPA, Team Leader of Administration

Bert Phillips is very disciplined and thorough. He always tries to make sure all his T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted before he makes his case.

I would approach him in person, with complete paper work in hand. Leave no loose ends when you speak with him.

Al Walsh, Team Leader of Human Resources

Al Walsh is known for his people skills and reliability. He is a person you can count on for proper advice.

When starting a conversation with Al Walsh, I would use the open door policy....
