Abstract
This report explain concept of both of SWOT and PEST analysis and apply them into my research about T-mobile with focus on Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threat, Political, Social, Economical and Technologic. Then we can identify Strengths and political factors in first case and Threat and political factors in second case by combining two analyses. In conclusion, we also answer the research questions from begin of report and summarize development of T-mobile.
