INTRODUCTION
ACCOR, who have international experience in the construction, refurbishment and operation of hotels and restaurants of all categories and of various leisure and health facilities, offer this experience to investors under consultancy contracts, for the construction of hotels and other establishments bearing their brands.
In witness whereof, the contracting parties have agreed this HOTEL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE contract and its terms and general conditions, as follows:

ARTICLE 4 CONDITIONS OF THE APPOINTMENT
4.1 RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CONSTRUCTORS
As a consultant, the HOTEL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT shall have no contractual connection with the CONSTRUCTORS appointed by the OWNER. Communication shall be made via the OWNER, however he may permit meetings and direct communications to take place, about which he shall be kept informed. In all cases, the observations and the recommendations of the HOTEL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT shall not oblige the OWNER to take action and he shall be free to adopt them in whole or in part.
4.2 ORGANISATION OF MEETINGS
With the single exception of the site visits referred to at § 3.6, the work of the HOTEL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT shall be carried out at EVRY, at the head office of ACCOR DTH, or somewhere else in the Paris region. The OWNER shall take all necessary measures to...
