Executive summary

Some people can’t work well because of the poor quality paper, they can’t writ smoothly. Now they can get rid of that feeling just by the other company’s production, KaiSa Notebooks. In order to satisfy the needs of consumers who work to a strict schedule, both primary and secondary resources were used including two interviews and survey of ten potential consumers. Internet was used to search for secondary data. At last, two marketing mix and a SWOT analysis were created based on the results and marketing mix one was decided to commence. After a set of research, KaiSa notebooks are definitely be the most popular notebook in Qingdao.

Introduction

The purpose for this research is to introduce a notebooks production named Kaisa Notebooks to consumers which will serve the demand of notebooks in modern public. Furthermore; it was conducted to identify the main competitor for Kaisa notebooks and the ideal market to sell the product. Kaisa Paper are specialized in the manufacture of stationery paper products such as student exercise books, notebooks, spiral and wire bound books, loose leaves, notepads, carbonless note books and computer paper etc. Kaisa Paper can supply many paper products and paper stationery. Kaisa Paper Company has a mass market, the notebooks form kaisa is the unity notebooks for the primary school and middle school in Qingdao. (Qingdao Kaisa Company, 2013) The school students are required to use this kind of notebooks. Although the demand for notebook is not very high, Qingdao students usually buy Kaisa Company’s production in their daily life.Kaisa brand products “Kaisa paper”and “Happy Frogs paper”enjoy very good market in China, and have established friendly business relationship with a lot of customers abroad.(Kaisa paper,2008 )The production from Kaisa Company has high quality, and the paper for their production is anti myopia paper.
