During my seven years of employment since completing University, I have acquired a diverse range of experience in Human Resource Management Planning and Administration. I am currently involved in and was involved in Staff Resource Planning in an International Christian Organisation and was involved in a Professional Services Organisation, ensuring the day to day human resource requirements needed to service a large number of high profile clients. I have experience in planning, organising, facilitating and training of staff, coordinating international professional training programs for staff as well as ensuring internal learning and education programs are executed for trainers or trainees and for the benefit of all staff. I was involved in recruitment on a very large scale. My hands-on expertise in customer care, general computer operations, office administration, communication theory & information organisation, Computer Operations, Public Administration, to mention a few is a valuable and adequate factor in ensuring the work demands and expertise requirements in a highly computerised and multi-cultural organisation are met..
