* If Candidate will ask that The salary we are offering to candidate that will be fixed or there will be any deduction if they are unable to achieve the targets?
* For How Many regions I have To recruite people?
* As you said we don’t have any targets in the initial 3 months bt wt about after that…there would be some fixed target in evry month,,,,or target can be increased from time to time?
* I have to Handle some particular profile and region or I can handle any profile and any region??
* If my candidate is selected,,he’ll join the company bt he/she left the company after 1-2 month of joining then I have to give its replacement or not ??
* Sourcing can be done through only by references and by portals or we can tie up with vendors and if I can tie up with a vendor then selected candidate through that vendors comes under our target or its separated??
* As you said we hav Sunday off n 2 alternate Saturday off…..if I work on all Saturdays as well then can I take leav when will I need, on behalf of that.
* If I ‘ll achieve my targets in a month (april) then when will I get incentives for that?(with my salary?)
* Is there any target that I have to make some definite no. of calls in a day.
* If I choose 7:30-4:30….its too early I hav to wake up in the early morning preparing food n all…..n if I’ll choose 10:30-7:30 then bng a grl may b I hav to face problem in the evng.
