Bunica Cloth Shop sells clothes for meditation (ขายเสื้อผ้าสำหรับปฏิบัติธรรม). It has the cloth-suppliers from Bangkok. It has the front-sale and distribution for the clothes shops in Sri-Saket, Amnat-Charoen and Yasothorn. It has the best seller seasoning on November to March because it is the season for New Year Celebrate that has many temple celebrations.

Bunica is the SME business; manage by the owner but ithas no effective operations. Therefore, we interested to build up the effective operations in the logistics term to decrease any cost and ineffective operations that occur.

BUNICA PROBLEMS

After we observed Bunica operation, we found the problems below;

1. UN-KNOWN INVENTORY

The causes of UN-KNOWN INVENTORY are

* No Inventory Cycle Count because the employees and the owner are not concentrate, lack of Knowledge and no time to count the stock that can make them repeat purchase order which is the cause of over inventory and lack of some inventory which is the cause of delay distribution.

* No Data Input In-Out of Stock because the employees and the owner are forget, tired and feel complicated to record the stock that can make them repeat purchase order which is the cause of over inventory and lack of some inventory which is the cause of delay distribution.

* No Design for Managing Inventory because the employees and the owner are feel complicated, lack of knowledge, don’t have job description, don’t have the designed for location and no time to do, that can make the Inventory are not orderly which is the cause of hard to bring product to sell.

2. NOT FREQUENT RECORD DATA AND ACCOUNTING

The causes of Not Frequent Record Data and Accounting are

* Not Collect the Invoice because the employees and the owner are forget and not concentrate to record that can cause of get wrong products from invoice, can’t check the source of expense and income and can’t check the right inventory.
