I. Introduction

A. Why we should take seriously on gender difference issue

It has always been a very important issue gender differences in various parts of the world. We can easily occur in the workplace or on campus. In fact, the theoretical basis of economics and sociology, that men and women may be differences in interpersonal and managerial skills in organizations and enterprise to assign a gender-based career as a species and other environmental factors can lead to different wage inequality and career achievement. However, the traditional society emphasizes the salary is based on the distribution of men and women in the labor market based to act on gender roles.

II. Sex versus gender

A. Physical difference

Sex is annotated as different from gender in the Oxford English Dictionary 2014.
