Mr. Andy Mallari owned a small shop selling transistor radios in 1997. It also includes electronic parts that are used in the assembly and maintenance of radios, tape recorders, amplifiers and various related appliances. As time goes by, his business grew larger and the sales are already picking up. His current operations cover sales and repairs. Mr. Mallari’s perspective has change drastically after he met his former classmate Estelito Chan. Mr. Chan has a well-established appliance assembly plant in Manila. He indicated that that he did not start big. Mr. Mallari wants to follow the footsteps of his friend. Mr. Mallari has three sons; all are belonging to the top ten in their respective classes. He thinks all his sons have potential to help him realize his dream of establishing his own assembly plant. His immediate concern now is to identify the right college courses for his children.

According to Engr. Charlie Q. Aurelio, Project Engineer of Jagon Build in Metro Manila, In the case of Mr. Mallari, he wants to take the courses of Mr. Mallari’s sons are Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. These courses have similar ideas and connections to Mr. Mallari’s business that can help him for his future dream business that will supply around Nueva Ecija and near provinces.

It is important to first the willingness of Mr. Mallari’s sons before he decide everything for them. He doesn’t know what the real interest of his 3 sons is. After they know what Mr. Mallari’s decision, give an enough time for them to think about Mr. Mallari’s decision. If they want, that’s good for Mr. Mallari’s business and makes it successful. If they reject, let them to choose and find their own path of life. Don’t force them because if Mr. Mallari will do that, there is a possibility of rebellion to his 3 sons.
