Recruitment and selection are necessary when it comes to a successful organization because the employees are the driving force in accomplishing company goals. It is crucial that a company understands and develops accurate job specifications, so that they are recruiting the right employees that will be working for the enterprise. Recruitment and selection can be a difficult task, but in order to accomplish organizational goals, management needs to recruit desirable and skillful employees that will be qualified. In order for Bradley Stonefield to be successful in his limousine company, the team at Atwood and Allen Consulting will recommend recruitment and selection strategies that will work specifically in Austin, Texas.
