Evaluation Strategy:

The evaluation of the marketing strategy implemented by Lombardi Company is going to be thru information from ongoing monitoring of activities implemented on a daily basis and evaluation of performance.

One of the strategies evaluated will be thru CRM systems, where the company can look in the effectiveness of the market which is also related to the gaining of customers (new teams or players) and at the same time customer’s possessions, customer value, and cross selling.

Another strategy which will be the most important one is the constant evaluation. Thru evaluation Lombardi will find new opportunities and will avoid threats, will keep performance in line, and also solve any problem presented. One of the steps for control Lombardi will be implementing is an “audit “which is good for the initiation of a program’s evaluation. The purpose of the audit is to look for the effectiveness of the marketing strategies that are followed (promotions through magazines, TV commercials, flyers at the stadiums, and the website) and this way the results can be compared to the expectations of Lombardi’s team. After Lombardi’s company will set up a tracking program, the audit will have a guide of several questions about the performance of the marketing. The two types of questions implemented by Lombardi Company will be questions for processes and questions for results. For these kinds of questions some templates will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing strategy. The answers to the questions will be reviewed by the Lombardi’s company and will be included into the tracking program.
