Memorandum of Understanding

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets for the terms and understanding between the Coppin State University and the (partner) to give CSU an 10% discount at your store, 6% what we save goes to the community, and CSU markets you thought-out the University

Background

(Increase the sales, Open doors for future business like internships, Loyalty and building relationship with the store, and free advertisement)

Purpose

This MOU will (Be an agreement between the University and the company of choice. The agreement is an 8-10% discount with the story in exchange to helping give back to the community, deriving sales, free advertisement, and building long-term customer relationships.)

The above goals will be accomplished by undertaking the following activities:

(The goal of our proposal is to try to get a meeting with them in order to their attention in time for our proposal. The focus of the meeting should be to gather information not make a sale. That includes learning about the marketing objectives with the goal of creating a tailored package.)

Reporting

(Timeframe: March 1st, 2015 – May 1st, 2015)

Funding

(The University will advertise the company during games, shows, concerts, etc)

Duration

This MOU is at-will and may be modified by mutual consent of authorized officials from (partners). This MOU shall become effective upon signature by the authorized officials from the (partners) and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by any one of the partners by mutual consent. In the absence of mutual agreement by the authorized officials from (partners) this MOU shall end on (end date of partnership).
