I. Introduction

1.1 Through improving our brand and adopting of the price and taste, Meet Fresh will be successfully introduced into our ideal country - Russia.

2.1 Our brand is called Meet Fresh which was established by Mr. Fu and Mrs. Fu. Both of them are born and live in Tai Zhong. They are simple and honest, and get interest in making taro desserts, fresh mesona, and smooth tofu. They try to share their delicious foods to everyone. We think Meet Fresh can popularize in China, so do in Russia. It is necessary for Russian to have hot and reeky taro desserts in shivery temperature; furthermore, pulsing eminent sales method, we can spread it into Russia.

3.1 There are five entry modes, including Exporting, Licensing, Joint Venture (JV), Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), and The Internet. As we know, PEST Analysis is helpful to investigate the external environment, and it stands for Political, Economic, Socio-cultural, and Technological. Our brand is distributed in China majorly; they put their point of sales in East China and South China. Undoubtedly, Taiwan also has their stores. Besides, Oceania has 11 stores, 5 in Kuala Lumpur and 1 in Korea.

4.1 Thesis statement: After researching the eating habit of Russia, we think we only need to put their necessaries of food into our products; besides, we can focus on reeky food, but not frozen foods. Overall, cold weather in Europe and less Asian traditional food are the factors which are the trigger to spread our brand into Russia.

II. Methods

1.1 Our data collection method is mainly searching in the internet. As we see, if we adopt interview to be our method, it is difficult to find a Russia and understand their eating habit, even local tradition or culture.
