Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to introduce an organization while looking at their product line, customer base, and position in the market place. Using eight different key concepts learned throughout the course, this paper would attempt to explain in detail how those concepts relate to the organization and what benefits they offer. Finally, this paper will explain what needs to be done in order to successfully implement these key concepts into the organization. This paper will prove that through the implementation of these key concepts a successful business operation will run more efficiently and effectively.
