1. What effect would Success Factors’ Rules of Engagement have on employee attitudes? Job satisfaction is one of the most important aspects which reflect attitudes and feelings. The attitudes and values toward work also influence our job satisfaction. Another area that this applies to is the organizational commitment, by being a positive influence in the company as well as enjoying what you do and by staying with the organization because it has become an integrated part of your life. The last part would be employee engagement which states that if you liked those around you , you would perform better as well as give even more effort than is expected.

2. Do you think that the company’s strong values and Rules of Engagement help or hurt its performance? I think that a company’s strong values and rules are a positive thing to look for in a company that you will eventually work for. These values show that they know what they are doing and the company has an interest in the satisfaction of its workers thus providing an excellent service or product. Happy employees go the extra mile to keep up with the attitude of their company’s positive influence. Unlike some places that I have worked, especially from retail giants. The quality or type of person that they hire is not as well trained or has little or no experience or the demands of the said job cannot be kept up to those employees standards will have a high turnover rate.

3. How can Success Factors screen job applicants to find those who best fit its values? By screening out the serious ones from the people who just apply for every position. Plus, this can also help the employer selection by finding the right person for the job advertised.
