RESIDENTIAL TENANCY CONTRACT |

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: |

This RESIDENTIAL TENANCY CONTRACT, is made and executed at the City of Naga, Camarines Sur Republic of the Philippines this 12th day of November, 2014, by and between: |

DOLLYBETH MOTOS-SINGH, of Legal age, married to ANGELO A. SINGH, Filipino, and with Residence and Postal address at Block 19, Lot 4 San Alfonso Homes Pacol, Naga City 4400, hereinafter referred to as the OWNER. |

ARNOLD FRIAS, of Legal age, Single, Filipino and with Residence and Postal address at Pambuhan, Garchitorena, Camarines Sur, hereinafter referred to as TENANT. |

Subject to the Terms & Conditions in this Contract, |

Clause 1: | PREMISES. The tenant desire to rent to owner for Residential purposes only, the premises located at Sta. Cruz Proper, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Naga City 4400. |

Clause 2: | TERMS. The Term of the rental will begin on Nov. 1, 2014 and continue on a month-to-month basis. Owner may terminate the tenancy or modify the terms of this Contract by giving the Tenant 6 month/s notice. Tenant may terminate the tenancy by giving the Owner 2 month/s notice. |

Clause 3: | PAYMENT OF RENT. Tenant will pay to owner a monthly rent of PhP 3,500.00, on the 1st day of each month. |

Clause 4: | SECURITY DEPOSIT. On signing, this Contract, Owner and Tenant agreed that there shall be no more Security Deposit, Tenant will be fully responsible to pay for the costs of utilities billed to the Owner after the tenant has vacated the premises, returned keys and provided owner with a forwarding address. |

Clause : 5 | UTILITIES. The Rental rate prescribed above does not include the costs of providing water and electricity services to the premise, which shall be the obligation of the tenant, and the tenant agrees to pay on demand to the appropriate authority or utility provider services. |
