Communication Plan

a. Define the Audience. Kelly Services plans to direct all of its information to businesses that are small and medium-sized enterprises. According to Journal of Accountancy, Gary James, November 2011, says Brazil is a complicated place to do business for foreign based companies. So with this, Kelly Services has to have good investments and opportunities to sell Kelly Services to Brazil. Kelly Services needs to develop a good relationship, which takes time and also to have a plan on what we are trying to convey to Brazil. Our focus will be mainly in Rio de Janeiro and eventually spread to the outside communities.

b. Create the Message. Brazil has a very diverse and complicated business culture. Kelly Services will communicate the ideas and plans of the abilities and services that Kelly Services will bring to all the many different business located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to start with. Kelly Services will promote its offerings so that no other company will be able to compare to what we offer. We will support companies with the diverse backgrounds and technical proficient staff capable of performing the multi-cultural work required by the Brazilian companies. Back ground checks and technical expertise will be a major factor in who we supply to companies requiring our service.

c. Select the Media. Due to the diverse and complicated business mindset that the Brazilian business will put forth Kelly Services will not be able to promoting services with an “in your face”, 24 hours a day 7 days a week media rollout. We will gradually roll our services out. Local newspapers first and most importantly word of mouth and possibly job fairs. Eventually when Kelly Services earns Brazils respect and trust we can start advertising on flyers, billboards and radio. Eventually we can also...
