Recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the discretionary benefits provided by the Apple Company

Discretionary plans are offered by the company in order to remain and catch the attention of more employees to the company. Apple Company provides some benefits like as paid vacation, education opportunities, transportation cost and funeral expenditure. But some benefits important for Apple employees include health care plan, paid vocation plan, retirement pension, educational and sick leaves plan. The Apple Company improve the present health program to make sure that they give a useful plan to their employees. As an Example, an worker is a newly married pair, company should give them a child care plan or a family health plan for their future.

Company provides their employees traditional fixed plans. Instead of provided those plans Company should provide an collection of benefits to the workers. Collections of plans means, the Apple Company should give a plan that will present the workers a chance to decide a plan according to their finaincial and family situation; they get a chance to choose plan that will best for their family purposes etc. As an Instance, an employee has a choice for paid vacation or education plan: so, it should be easy for him to select a plan that he wants according his situation. This collection of plans should give employees a one time. As an example, an employee took a education leave plan but After marriage he relies to change his plan then he will get another chance to choose their choices with his future planning. Company should add new plans in their health care program. These some plans are such as smoke quitting and stress management. The above plans are helpful for expressively and sensitively employees and these plans also provide bandwidth company’s employees to create a positive relationship with the company; environment and company’s culture.
