In our recruitment, we have divided into two main parts:

1. Opening recruitment

For waiter/waitress and dishwasher, we will use open recruitment, it can ensure that a diverse set of applicants are contacted and considered. Moreover, it can lower resource and personnel cost per applicant located.

2. Targeted recruitment

For pet care worker, western chef, bakery chef and barista, we will use targeted recruitment, it can attract segments of labor market with special KSAOs and narrow the pool of potential applicants, so that we can allow our cafe to concentrate efforts on the most qualified.

Recruitment method

Job centers -Firstly, we will put the recruitment of waiter/waitress and dishwasher in job centers, such as The Labour Affairs Bureau in Macau. They are paid for by the government and are responsible for helping the unemployed find jobs or get training. They also provide a service for businesses needing to advertise a vacancy and are generally free to use. As waiter/waitress and dishwasher don’t need much difficult or special skills to finish, so this can reduce the cost of advertisement and easily to find the suitable employees.

Job advertisements - We will put all our positions recruitment on advertisements (newspapers, notice boards, posters and Internet ).It is the most common form of external recruitment. They should include some important information relating to the job (job title, pay package, location, job description, how to apply-either by CV or application form). So that we can attract a wider variety of potential applicants and reach includes millions of users.

Recruitment agency - Thirdly, we will put the recruitment of pet care worker, western chef, bakery chef and barista in recruitment agency, it provides employers with details of suitable candidates for a vacancy, so that it can target individuals with special skill sets and a qualified and motivated user base .The agency works for a fee and often specialize in particular employment...
