My early childhood values began to develop in church on Sundays with my parents. The story of Jesus Christ has always inspired me to be an honorable person. I was blessed as a child with loving parents who always took good care of me. All of my needs and most of my wants were satisfied growing up. Not only did my parents get along really well but so did my entire family on both sides. Being the oldest brother, I quickly learned the importance of being a good role model. I always included Joseph and made him feel important. My goals for the future are closely related to my childhood happiness and success. I am fortunate that I was loved as a child. Love is the most important value to me because it is a gift that never stops giving. As long as I love my neighbor and help others I will be successful in every aspect of my life. Because of this, it is crucial that I do not let my profession, or personal desires, come before my Family.

As a young man, I have made a healthy amount of mistakes. My faith in God was weak and I became depressed for some time during my life. My favorite part about being a Christian is being able to take control of my destiny with the virtues of patients and discipline. It feels good to be free of unnecessary wants and desires. I am a strong believer of spiritual and herbal healing and in the last 3 years I have become very passionate about my personal health and well-being. I made this change when I started school at U of D because I was tired of feeling sick, and lazy. I believe that my generation has the power to make the world a better place and we can start by developing healthy habits. The bible has taught me that the body is a temple and the most important thing that I can do is take care of it. My spirituality is what I believe to be the driving force behind my willingness to achieve my goals. Without that I would not have the same amount energy to become the best that I can be.
