CONDITIONS OF TENDER

1. All tender prices quoted shall be price * VAT

2. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days. The tender shall have the right to withdraw his tender during this

period.

3. The Maruleng Local Municipality will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender

4. The Maruleng Local Municipality shall not be liable for any expenses incurred in submitting a tender

5. Payment will be made only receipt of original invoice.

6. Sealed tenders on which the tender no. MLM/29/2012/13 is clearly indicated , shall be posted to the

Municipal manager, P .O .Box 627, Hoedspruit, 1380, to reach him no later than 12 :00 on 24 April

2013, at which time the tenders will be opened in public. Alternative tenders may deposit in the official

tender box, in the foyer of Maruleng Municipality Building, 65 Springbok Street, Hoedspruit; before the

date and time indicated above.

7. It is hereby agreed that the following documents will form part of the Agreement between the parties as

soon as the Maruleng Local Municipality accepts the tender.
