9) The common signs and indicators of stress are you might have memory problems such as forgetting things easily. You may also forget to eat or just eat a lot. You might also not be able to concentrate on things or have short temper such as snapping at people for little things. You may also feel negative about everything such as yourself or how you look which will only increase your stress. You may have lack of sleep because you find it hard to go to sleep as you feel isolated or alone as you feel like you have nobody there for you and everything you think about is at negative things.

9.2) there are a lot of circumstances that can trigger stress for example my family, I can feel very overwhelmed at times because everybody is talking and is asking for things or wanting you to do things for them where they are capable of doing it themselves.

Another thing is money as being a parent to three children is hard and also having to pay the bills such as the groceries, the electricity, the phone bills and on clothes for you and your families and other things etc. It’s very easy to get stressed as if you don’t pay then who else is going to pay for it?

It’s also very easy to get stressed at work as you have a lot of responsibilities and you have to work long hours.

9.3) there are number of ways to manage stress for example avoiding situations that are unnecessary. Another way is to have an organised life for example at work or at home where you have planned out what you have to do for the day and get the job done so you are minimising the risk of you getting stressed and managing it at the same time.

Another way is to learn from the situation, accepting it and making changes so you don’t get stressed again.
