In partial fulfilment of the requirements of the degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Studies and Information Technology under the supervision of our instructor, Mr. Angelito D. Cayanga Jr., in the subject Software Engineering (COMSO17A).

I. Objectives

a. General Objective

To develop an educational game that aims to inform and challenge the gamer/s about the individual knowledge involving different tourist spots, famous landmarks and historical places located in different places worldwide.

b. Specific Objectives

* To develop a main form that gives an option to the gamer in order to load and continue a previous game, to start a new game, to open the trivia form and modify the game’s option.

* To develop a registration form that lets the gamer to create a profile before starting an actual game. The game requires the gamer to create a profile in order to let other gamers to play a separate game.

* To develop a load game form that lets the gamer to continue a previous game. From the main form, the load game form can be viewed once the “load game button” is clicked, the list box will appear where player’s avatars can be seen and selected. Once an avatar is clicked or selected, the game of the selected avatar can be resumed or continued.

* To develop a new game form that lets the gamer save the respective profile and access the game through the game’s chapters and levels.

* To develop a level form that could view the levels available. The gamer starts a game through the level form. Finishing a level means the gamer could unlock another level. Finishing...
